Booking your adventure is easy. Simply browse the trips on our website, choose the adventure you’d like to join, and follow the booking steps on the trip page. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive all the important details, including your itinerary and any preparation information you need.
For most trips, you can secure your place with a deposit, with the remaining balance due closer to the departure date.

For most trips, you can secure your place with a deposit when you book. The deposit amount varies depending on the trip and will be clearly shown during the booking process.
Your place on the adventure is confirmed once the deposit has been received.
The remaining balance for your trip is usually due 10-12 weeks before the departure date. The exact balance due date will be shown at the time of booking and confirmed in your booking email.
We’ll also send reminders before the balance is due so you have plenty of time to arrange payment.
If you would like a payment plan set up then just ask when booking.
Most (but not all) of our trips involve walking and being active outdoors, but you don’t need to be an athlete. Each trip includes clear information about the distance, terrain and level of challenge so you can decide whether it’s right for you.
If you enjoy walking and are reasonably active, you’ll likely find many of our trips suitable. If you’re unsure, just get in touch and we’ll be happy to help you choose the right adventure.

Self-guided trips are designed for independent travellers who prefer to explore at their own pace. You’ll receive a carefully planned itinerary, route information and helpful recommendations, giving you the freedom to enjoy the adventure on your own schedule.
If you need to cancel your trip, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellation terms depend on how close it is to the departure date and are outlined in our booking terms and conditions.

We accept payments by debit card and credit card through our secure online booking system. For some trips, we may also offer bank transfer as an option.
All payments are processed securely, and you’ll receive confirmation once your booking or payment has been completed.
